Morleys Estates is the dedicated property division of Morleys Stores Limited — responsible for the ownership, management and strategic development of a substantial and diverse portfolio across the South of England.
The estate comprises a broad mix of department stores, mixed-use, industrial, office and standalone commercial properties — located in both prime town-centre and established out-of-town locations.
Every aspect is managed entirely in-house, allowing a fully integrated, hands-on approach across the lifecycle of each asset: acquisitions and disposals, lease structuring, asset management, refurbishment and repositioning, and the delivery of major development schemes.
We take a proactive, collaborative approach — working closely with occupiers to support their operational needs, while engaging constructively with local authorities, planners and specialist advisers to unlock value and manage risk.
