Morleys Estates is the dedicated property division of Morleys Stores Limited, responsible for the ownership, management, and strategic development of a substantial and diverse portfolio of property assets across the South of England. The estate comprises a broad mix of retail, mixed use, industrial, office, and standalone commercial properties, located in both prime town centre and established out of town locations.

All aspects of the estate are managed entirely in house, allowing for a fully integrated and hands on approach throughout the lifecycle of each asset. This includes acquisitions, disposals, lease structuring, asset management, refurbishment and repositioning projects, and the delivery of major development schemes.
